 The PG Department of Commerce, in its ongoing commitment to skill development, organized a Jewelry Making Workshop on August 30, 2024, in the College Seminar Hall. The workshop took 

place from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and was expertly led by Ms. Muneera A, a special teacher from SSK.

Cleaning @ Haripad KSRTC Depot by TKMMC NSS Team as part of മാലിന്യ മുക്ത നവകേരളം Campaign

NSS unit of T.K. Madhava Memorial College and Kerala state road transport corporation (KSRTC) of Haripad depot had conducted a cleaning program in KSRTC depot Haripad on 5^th  October 2024.The program was conducted as a part of the “ മാലിന്യ മുക്ത നവകേരളം” campaign. The primary objective of the cleaning program was to enhance the cleanliness and hygiene of the KSRTC bus stop, promote environmental awareness, and encourage community participation in maintaining public spaces. The program was inaugurated by Sri. Reji (General controlling officer, KSRTC Haripad)., who emphasized the importance of cleanliness in public spaces. The welcome speech was delivered by Sri. Manoj (Nodal officer, Maliniyamuktha nava keralam) in address, welcomed all participants and volunteers, expressing gratitude for their support and dedication. The program included various activities such as Sweeping and collecting waste around the bus stand , cleaning benches, buses and waiting areas, cutting of grass etc. The program was held under the leadership of Mr. Sanoop Sivaraman (NSS program officer). Miss Navya. B and Miss Fathima. H ( NSS volunteer leaders) were the coordinators. The participants of the program were 1^st and 2^nd year NSS volunteers. The cleaning program at the KSRTC stand effectively raised awareness about the importance of cleanliness and community involvement. The event not only enhanced the physical environment but also fostered a spirit of cooperation among participants.
