Cultivating Togetherness: Onam Celebration by Staff Association, TKMMC

  

               The Staff Association organized a delightful Onam celebration on September 11, 2024, to commemorate the traditional harvest festival of Kerala. This event brought together staff members and their families, fostering a sense of community and cultural appreciation.   The venue was adorned with colorful floral arrangements and traditional decorations, including ‘Pookalam’ (flower carpets) that showcased the vibrant spirit of Onam.  Staff members showcased their talents, contributing to an engaging program that reflected the essence of Onam.  The highlight of the celebration was the Onam Sadya, a lavish vegetarian feast served on banana leaves.  To add a fun element to the celebration and allow team building among staff members several  games and activities were also organized.    The event fostered a strong sense of community among staff.  It provided an opportunity for everyone to relax, interact, and celebrate together, strengthening the bonds within the organization.
