Voice of Valor: TKMM College Commemorated Founders' Day with Inter-departmental Speech Competition on 03rd November, 2025

The spirit of service and intellectual pursuit, foundational to the T K Madhava Memorial College (TKMM), was celebrated with fervor on November 3rd, 2025. In the run-up to Founders' Day on November 7th, the college's Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized a Speech Competition to honour the institution's heritage and foster eloquence among its student body. The competition served as a fitting tribute, commemorating the esteemed founder of the college Sri. R Sankar.

Held in the college seminar hall, the competition saw enthusiastic participation from selected students across all departments.  Students were judged on their oratorical skills, clarity of thought, command over the subject, and overall presentation, reflecting the college's commitment to holistic development. The level of competition was exceptionally high. Krishnameera from the Third Year English department captivated the judges and audience with her powerful and well-articulated speech. As a testament to her outstanding performance, Krishnameera has been recommended for the prestigious cash prize offered by the RDC, Nangiarkulangara. This recognition further validates the importance of nurturing communicative skills alongside academic excellence.

The IQAC-led speech competition successfully achieved its goal of promoting critical thinking, public speaking, and a deeper appreciation for the college's legacy. It provided a platform for students to voice their perspectives, hone their rhetorical skills, and embody the ideals set forth by the college's founders. TKMM College continues its commitment to encouraging such extracurricular activities that mold students into confident and articulate
         future leaders.
