FOUR YEAR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME (FYUGP)

The District Level Orientation on the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP), organized by the Kerala State Higher Education Council, took place at MSM College, Kayamkulam on 30 November 2023. The event was attended by representatives from various educational institutions within the district. The purpose of the orientation was to provide insights into the major features, curricular framework, structure, components, and pathways of FYUGP, along with discussions on foundation courses, frameworks, regulations, learning outcomes, course designing, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

Principal Dr. P. P. Sharmila deputed Dr. T. Sreeja, IQAC Coordinator, and Dr. Preeth M, FYUGP Coordinator, to represent the college at the orientation. Their active participation and engagement were acknowledged during the event.

The District Level Orientation on FYUGP proved to be an insightful and collaborative platform for stakeholders in higher education. The interactive sessions fostered a shared understanding of the programme's nuances, and participants left with a renewed commitment to the successful implementation of FYUGP in their respective institutions.
