Seminar titled "മാലിന്യമുക്ത നവകേരളം" (Clean Kerala)

    The NSS unit of the college, in collaboration with Haripad Municipality, jointly organized a seminar titled "മാലിന്യമുക്ത നവകേരളം" (Clean Kerala) on November 15, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the college seminar hall. The event was attended by Dr. P. P. Sharmila (Principal), Dr. Sreejith Krishnan, and Mr. Sanoopsivaraman (NSS Coordinators). The seminar featured Sri. Rajeev. S (Senior Public Health Inspector), Mr. Mohan Kumar. B (Public Health Inspector), and Smt. Sindhu (CDS Chairperson) as resource persons.

Miss. Adithya, a student, delivered the welcome speech, setting the tone for the event. A pledge was taken by all the students in attendance. The students had the valuable opportunity to gain insights from the resource persons, particularly Mr. Rajeev, whose thoughts are expected to inspire and guide them in their future endeavors. Mr. Rajeev also highlighted the importance of Biobin usage in households.

Smt. Sindhu shared insights about waste management by Kudumbasree, and Sri. Mohan Kumar addressed doubts during the interactive session. Miss. Navya, another student, delivered a felicitation speech, acknowledging the significance of the seminar. The program concluded around 4:15 pm, leaving the participants enriched with knowledge and a renewed commitment to a cleaner and more sustainable Kerala.
