Exploring Kerala's Cultural Legacy: Navakeralam '23 Keralappiravi Quiz Competition

   In honor of Keralappiravi, an event that pays tribute to the essence of Kerala's history and culture, TKMM College Library and the Department of Malayalam collaborated to organize an engaging quiz competition called "Navakeralam '23". This intellectually stimulating event unfolded on the 3rd of November 2023 within the prestigious walls of the College Seminar Hall.

    This quiz contest drew students from various departments of the college, uniting them in the spirit of knowledge and camaraderie. The competition was structured with four teams, each comprising two members, and spanned across five rounds of questions encompassing Kerala's rich tapestry of history, arts, culture, and politics.

    The active participation and intellectual prowess displayed by the contestants captivated the attention of all present throughout the contest. The quiz not only provided a platform for healthy competition but also served as a means of immersing in the beauty and depth of Kerala's heritage.

The winners of this enlightening competition emerged as follows:

First Position         : Team 4, comprised of Arunima Rajesh and Sudeesh S, both hailing from                                S3 IC

Second Position     : Team 1, consisting of Fathima A and Arya A, who both belong to S3                                 Zoology

Third Position        : Team 3, with members Devika S Krishnan and Vani V, who are both                                 from S5 Zoology
