Govt. Policy and Economic Development: The Indian Scenario

    The  session began at 10.30 am with an invocation by Lekshmi our final year Bcom computer application student. The welcome address was delivered by Divya P Bhadran,  HOD and Assistant Professor department of commerce.Dr. Sharmila P.P., Principal, TKMM College, Nangiarkulangara, delivered the presidential address, which was followed by the felicitation by Sanoop Sivaraman, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce . Ms. Hanna Mizria of I Mcom introduced the keynote speaker,Dr. Tomy Mathew , Assistant Professor and HoD Department of Commerce , Manangalam college of Management , to the audience.

          Thereafter, Dr Tomy Mathew  delivered the keynote address on the topic “Govt. Policy and Economic Development : The Indian scenario”. Starting with  the goverments economic policies and the state of the economy affect the stock market, either directly or indirectly. These rules have helped india become the world’s fifth largest economy.

    Smt. Athira M Raj , Assistant Professor, Department of English and Member, IQAC, concluded the session by delivering the vote of thanks.
