‘Uyirppu’: Kalajadha Against Drug Abuse

    ‘Uyirppu’: Kalajadha Against Drug Abuse, a powerful initiative organized by the Youth Affairs Ministry, Government of Kerala, in collaboration with the Alappuzha Yuvajana Kendram, brought a wave of awareness and action to TKMM College.

The event began with an inaugural ceremony that set the stage for the impactful performances and discussions that followed. Dignitaries from the Youth Affairs Ministry and the Alappuzha Yuvajana Kendram & Principal & faculty from our college emphasized the urgent need to address the issue of drug abuse and its impact on society.

     The performances at Kalajadha were not just entertaining but also deeply meaningful. Students showcased their talents through music, dance, skits, and poetry, all aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and promoting a drug-free lifestyle.

    The event also served as a platform for students to share their experiences and insights on the issue. Kalajadha Against Drug Abuse was not just a one-time event but a catalyst for ongoing efforts to combat drug abuse among youth. It served as a reminder that with unity and determination, we can overcome this pressing issue and create a healthier and brighter future for our youth.
