Felicitation ceremony of SUO Relvin J Roy conducted on February 13 , 2023 by the Department of English, T K Madhava Memorial College, Nangiarkulangara

A felicitation ceremony of SUO Relvin J Roy was conducted on February 13,2023 by the Department of English. He has participated in the Annual Prime Minister's Rally representing the south zone contingent on Republic day 2024, at Cariappa Parade Ground , New Delhi. The family members of SUO Relvin J Roy was also present including his grandfather, mother and sister. All the faculties and the students of the department attended the event with great zeal .

The welcome address was delivered by Ms. Soumya V S , the head of the English Department, who welcomed all the distinguished dignitaries and all the audience to the ceremony and applauded the achievement of SUO  Relvin J Roy .The presidential address was delivered by Dr. P P Sharmila  , Principal, who also congratulated Relvin for his victory and named it as one of the historic events happened during her service in the college. Later SUO Relvin J Roy was felicitated with the customary shawl by Ms. Soumya V S, HOD, given the memento by the Principal and handed over the cash award by Ms. Remya V R. An acceptation speech was delivered by SUO Relvin J Roy who also shared his immaculate experience of the PM Rally.

The family members of SUO Relvin J Roy also expressed their joy. His grandfather who was also an ex-military personnel shared his immense pleasure in his victory. His mother also highlighted the hard work and the pain he had to endure to achieve the victory. Later the classmates of Relvin J Roy came forward with felicitation speeches highlighting their happiness. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Remya V R , the tutor of III BA English , who praised his victory, perseverance, and the social activities he is engaged in.

The ceremony halted with a dance performance was also conducted by the classmates as a tribute to their true champion and beckon of inspiration.
