Global Photography Festival held at TK Madhava Memorial College's Seminar Hall
on February 28, 2024, was a significant event aimed at promoting nature
conservation through the lens of photography. With HOD Dr Sheela leading the
initiative, the festival garnered participation from 50 enthusiastic students
eager to showcase their photographic talents and advocate for environmental
preservation.
The
festival revolved around the theme of nature conservation, encouraging students
to capture the beauty of the natural world and raise awareness about
environmental issues through their photographs. HOD Sheela delivered an
inspiring keynote address, emphasizing the importance of preserving our
planet's biodiversity and the role of photography in conveying powerful
messages about environmental conservation.
The
festival included interactive sessions where students shared their insights and
experiences behind the lens, discussing the challenges they faced, the stories
their photographs told, and the impact they hoped to achieve through their
imagery.
The
