Research Centre Inauguration

    In March 2024 the department of physics became the approved research centre of University of Kerala, the first ever department uplifted to such a stature in the long run sixty-year history of the College. A grand inauguration of research centre was organised on 22/03/2024. The honourable minister of state animal husbandry and dairy development Shri. J. Chinchurani inaugurated the centre. Principal Dr. P. P. Sharmila precided over the session. Head of the department Dr. Arun S. Prasad welcomed the dignitaries and participants gathered over the function. Prof. Dr. Jayachandran, Former director KUFOS, Dr. R. Raveendran, UGC Emeritus Professor and SN Trusts Research officer, Shri. Ashoka Panicker, RDC, Convener, Shri. Salikumar, RDC Chairman, Dr. Sreeja T., IQAC coordinator, Dr. Pooja Prakash Godake, Student Union Chair Person felicitated the function. Dr. Sheela S., Associate Professor & Head of the department of Zoology posted vote of thanks.  The function was ended with national anthem.
